CERAMIC WORKSHOPS

We inform you that any schedule change can only be made when at least 48 hours in advance. Returns are not made.

hALL can cancel up to 2 hours before the workshop, if it does not have the minimum number of students required for the session.

On the new scheduled date, the conditions mentioned above remain in force, and if any change in the workshop date is necessary by the students, the notice for it must be given at least 48 hours in advance.

hALL is not responsible for parts that break in the oven. Although it is rare, it can happen for several reasons, at any level of learning.

The pieces must be picked up within 20 days from the date of the workshop. After this period and in the absence of feedback to our contact, these become the property of the HALL, even after payment for the glaze.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

This Privacy Policy sets out the terms under which Diana Ribau Marques Unipessoal, Lda. (hALL) undertakes to process your personal data and informs you of the measures adopted with regard to data security.


hALL, as provider of the services defined in this website, respects the privacy of the Customer's data and undertakes to comply with the provisions of all applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and privacy, current or future, national or European.

It also undertakes to ensure that hALL’s subcontractor(s) and respective commercial partner(s) will comply with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data and privacy in force and that they assume a commitment to confidentiality in the processing of personal data.

1.   Purposes of collection and processing
hALL processes Customer data in order to: manage customers; traffic data; administrative management; individualized analysis and profiling; generalized analysis and profiling; management and organization of events and/or experiences; management of websites and applications; fraud prevention; and financial management. The data will not be processed for any purposes other than those specified herein.

2.   Category of data
For the purposes set out above, hALL processes the following categories of personal data: personal identification; contacts; authentication and access; web browsing.
These will be processed and stored in computerized form for a period of 2 (two) years, after which they will be deleted, unless the data subject expresses otherwise, namely through new consent.

3.   Access to data
For the purposes of the proper management of the services provided, hALL’s Client's personal data will be accessible to its commercial partners, and these entities are also obliged to implement the duly applicable technical, organizational and privacy security measures.

4.   Cookies

Cookies are small data files sent to your browser when you visit our website. they serve certain functions, such as allowing us to remember certain information you provide when you browse the hALL website.

hALL uses strictly necessary and essential cookies to pursue purposes such as authentication, customization, security, performance, metrics and other functional cookies. these cookies vary from site to site, depending on the features used. However, functional and mandatory cookies, for example, work with the following features: customer accounts, shopping cart and check out, and URL redirects.

hALL informs you that you have the right to authorize the management of cookies by indicating whether or not you agree with said management. With regard to metrics and performance cookies, we inform you that the you can disactivate them anytime.

5.   Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request from hALL access to personal data concerning him/her, and rectification or erasure, or limitation of processing in respect of the data subject, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

The data subject is also guaranteed, under the terms of the legislation in force, the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNDP), as the national supervisory authority.

6.   Responsibility
For the purposes of Article 82 of the GDPR, hALL shall be held liable for any damage caused by the processing of personal data in breach of the applicable legal rules by the entity to which the breach is directly or indirectly attributable.
hALL reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, namely in order to adapt it to legislative changes.

By submitting the request to schedule services, the holder of the personal data declares that he/she has become aware of and gives his/her consent in a free, informed and explicit manner, consenting to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes described above.
